Q. Do I need to already have a solidified morning routine to benefit from the course?

A. Nope. This is a come as you are, with what you got and be willing to explore what you want and how you want to expand your mind, body, and soul.

Q. I’m really busy, How long is the course and how much time will it take to implement?

A. The course is relatively short and actionable. A little theory but mostly action based mini videos and audios. Total minutes: Approx. 45min. As far as implementation length goes, this is your morning. It can be as long or as short as you need it to be to get more of what you want and what you need. I know that’s a little vague but you’ll see what I mean inside the course.
